How to get better at memory: 10 things you need to know

The following list is from the new book The Psychology of Memory: 10 Things You Need to Know (and How to Get Them).

Learn to think like a computer.

This is one of the most fundamental ways to remember things.

In fact, if you do have problems with your memory, it’s probably because you’re stressed out, because your work has to be done or you’re trying to get through the day, or because you are too tired to concentrate, or you have some other kind of problem.

So think about it this way: It’s not about what you are doing.

It’s about how you’re doing it.

You’re the problem.

You can’t change what you’re saying.

You have to change what people think about you, what people believe about you.

There are many resources on the Internet that are free to read and that you can access.

If your favorite is on Amazon, it will be on your list.

If it’s on iTunes, it might be on the way.

That’s where you will find the best and most useful information for you, and it’s not going to be expensive.
